District of Hope to present $1.8 million water upgrade plans
WEBNov 1, 2021 · It will outline the scope of work required and associated costs to perform upgrades to the district’s water utility with the amalgamation of the 753 Water System into the District of Hope’s Water System. The work will require the district to borrow up to $1.8 million over the course of 15 years.
Bottled water company near Hope open to reducing water extraction
WEBJul 18, 2023 · Given the recent wildfire challenges and drought conditions, all water bottling companies throughout B.C. are being asked to reduce their water extraction activity. This includes BlueTriton Brands (formerly known as Nestlé Waters North America) who extract water near Hope.
