WEBSCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – August 26, 2024 — StandardAero announced today that it has acquired Aero Turbine Inc., a comprehensive provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services and consultative repair solutions for military engines and accessories from Gallant Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm.
