There isn't a great deal to do in ahungalla itself... but a shirt tuk tuk ride will take you into bentota where there are some nice resturants and a lively market area and plenty of shops...

There isn't a great deal to do in ahungalla itself... but a shirt tuk tuk ride will take you into bentota where there are some nice resturants and a lively market area and plenty of shops... if you're staying at the riu hotel on the beach at the back you'll find plenty of local guides who have many tours to go on. When we stayed we used a local called chintha and went on 4 trips with him.... all were excellent

I will recommend Cango tour for excursions! Excellent service, comfortable car, well experienced driver.. this is best travel company from ahungalla.
