An Upstate New York man accused of killing his father, stepmother and teen stepbrother last month in Vermont pleaded not guilty Thursday and was ordered held without bail.

The triple homicide suspect accused of brutally murdering his father, stepmom, and stepbrother in Pawlet three weeks ago pleaded not guilty to all counts during his arraignment in a Rutland courtroom Thursday after he was extradited to Vermont from New York State late Wednesday.

Brian Crossman Junior pleaded not guilty of murdering his father, stepmother, and teenage stepbrother last month in Rutland County, Vermont.

The Washington County man accused of killing his father, stepmother and stepbrother will continue to be held without bail after pleading not guilty.  Brian Crossman Jr. 22, of Granville, appeared virtually in Vermont Superior Court in Rutland on Thursday.

The man accused of a triple murder in Pawlet is back in Vermont. We just got word that Brian Crossman Jr. is now in the custody of the Vermont Department of Corrections. Police arrested him last month for the shooting deaths of his father,

He is charged with three counts of aggravated murder in the shooting deaths of Pawlet Selectboard member Brian Crossman Sr., Erica Pawlusiak Crossman and 13-year-old Colin Taft, whose bodies were found in their home September 15.

A New York man accused of killing his father, stepmother and 13-year-old stepbrother has waived his right to an extradition hearing and will be moved to Vermont to face charges.

Pawlet triple homicide suspect Brian Crossman Jr., of Granville, New York, was extradited to Vermont on Wednesday. The 22-year-old was extradited on a warrant that charged him with three counts of aggravated murder following the deaths of his family members.
