Cher is not holding back in her new memoir, Cher: The Memoir — Part One, where she gets incredibly raw and real about both her professional and personal life. The famed singer is sharing the full scope of ex-husband Sonny Bono’s financial deceit, and she’s talking about her transgender son Chaz in a way that’s raised a lot of eyebrows.

Under a section titled "Author's Note," Cher wrote that the book, "Cher: The Memoir, Part One, " is based on her "sometimes imperfect" memory, and then mentioned her son Chaz Bono, whom she share d with her late ex-husband Sonny Bono.

In her memoir, Cher wrote that when she was 26 and frustrated with her “loveless marriage,” she contemplated ending her life multiple times.
