Dallas police have identified the man who fatally shot two people he knew at an Oak Cliff home early Saturday morning. The suspect, 53-year-old Lalit Pradhan, was named by police later in the day. Officers and Dallas Fire-Rescue responded around 2:10 a.m. to a shooting call at a residence in the 1900 block of Dudley Street.
