The Los Angeles Dodgers continue their crusade to upgrade their bullpen ahead of the MLB trade deadline. On Wednesday, the club added some depth by trading for RHP Paul Gervase and LHP Adam Serwinowski in a three-way deal with the Tampa Bay Rays and Cincinnati Reds.

Seeing three closers with a combined 57 saves change teams could leave some fans feeling like the Dodgers came up short. As consolation prizes go, however, Stewart was a pretty good one.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are set to bolster their bullpen with an old friend by landing right-hander Brock Stewart from the Minnesota Twins, ESPN reported Thursday. The return on the deal to the Twins was not reported.
