PORT HURON, MI – Police have identified the victim in a homicide that took place Tuesday morning on Vanness Street in Port Huron. Vincent Buckles was the 35-year-old man who police found with multiple gunshot wounds, according to a news release from the Port Huron Police Department. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Port Huron police are investigating a fatal shooting and a vehicle fire that happened early Tuesday minutes apart and about two blocks apart, officials said.
