Police pursuing multiple leads in Port Huron homicide; victim identified
PORT HURON, MI – Police have identified the victim in a homicide that took place Tuesday morning on Vanness Street in Port Huron. Vincent Buckles was the 35-year-old man who police found with multiple gunshot wounds, according to a news release from the Port Huron Police Department. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers were called at about 12:15 a.m. to the 3000 block of Vanness Street for a blaze, authorities said. They arrived and found a vehicle just off the roadway engulfed in flames.
