Tiger Woods says that his mother, Kultida, has died at age 80. The golfer credited her for his success and encouraging his signature look of red shirts on Sunday.

However, Kultida never missed an opportunity to support her son both on and off the golf course. She joined her grandkids, Sam Alexis and Charlie Axel, at Tiger's induction into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2022, and was often seen on the fairway cheering on Tiger and sporting her signature oversized black glasses and visor.

Tiger Woods announced that his mother, Kultida, died on Tuesday morning. No cause of death was immediately available. “My Mom was a force of nature al her own, her spirit was simply undeniable,” Woods said in a statement on social media.
