Trader Joe's has issued a recall for Face Rock Creamery's Vampire Slayer Garlic Cheese Curds due to the possibility of listeria contamination.

The foodborne illness is reported to result in high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea

The affected lot was sold only in Northern California and parts of the Central Valley and Central Coast — which includes locations in Monterey.
