Manchester United’s striker search appears to favour youth over experience after The Athletic reported that they are prioritising a move for RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko.

United’s director of recruitment, Christopher Vivell, is said to be playing an influential role in the club’s push to sign Sesko as he was at Red Bull Salzburg and RB Leipzig during their deals involving the 22-year-old. MailOnline also report that there is ‘a feeling’ inside Newcastle that Sesko would opt join United instead.
