The Batman Part 2: Matt Reeves Comments on the Court of Owls Being the Villains
HBO’s recently released Penguin series has expanded the Batman universe established by Matt Reeves in 2022 while the director’s sequel, The Batman Part 2, is still in development. The show provides a deeper look into the life of Oswald Cobb and adds to the roster of villains in this version of Gotham.
In order to keep his Batman adaptation grounded, Matt Reeves is avoiding fantastical bad guys such as Gentleman Ghost.
