The Minnesota Pollution control agency has issued an air quality alert for all of northern Minnesota, it's expected to reach the red AQI category which is unhealthy for everyone.

Air quality alerts remain in effect for yet another day for the entire state of Minnesota with concentrations of wildfire smoke so thick the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) has issued a rare hazardous warning.

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency​ extended its air quality alert on Monday for another couple days due to lingering Canadian wildfire smoke.
