A winter storm brought a mixed bag of freezing rain, snow, sleet and ice to the New York City area. Here's when the wet weather is expected to end.

According to James Tomasini, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service, the five boroughs are in range to receive a general 1 to 2 inches of snowfall at the onset of Thursday morning’s winter storm.
