NORFOLK, Va. — First responders are investigating reports of someone missing in the water near Ocean View. Norfolk Fire & Rescue is assisting in the search, not far from the 700 block of East Ocean View Avenue. The call came in around 12:50 p.m., officials say, and the search is still underway.
