West Ham United forward Michail Antonio has been discharged from hospital following a car crash that left him requiring surgery. Antonio, 34, was involved in the accident on December 7 with the club revealing he underwent surgery on a lower limb fracture a day later.

Antonio, a 34-year-old Jamaica international, needed surgery on a lower limb fracture after a one-car incident outside London on Dec. 7, and is expected to face a lengthy spell of rehabilitation.
