Pennsylvania issued incorrect tax forms to thousands of residents in mid-January, according to the state’s Department of Revenue.

L&I Secretary Jennifer Berrier said help is also available for those who suspect they may be the victim of identity theft after unexpectedly receiving a 1099-G form.
