A 20-year-old mom and her 4-month-old baby from Springfield died in Hartford, Conn. after someone opened fire on them during a drive-by shooting, police said.

Hartford police are investigating after they say three people were shot, two fatally, in the area of New Britain and Hillside avenues on Tuesday afternoon.
