According to Fulton County District Attorney Chad Brown, the New Year’s Eve Free Taxi Ride Program will run from approximately midnight to 4 a.m. Tuesday, which is New Year’s Day 2019.

The Tipsy Taxi program provided roughly 3,000 free cab rides during the past year to people who might have otherwise driven drunk, Casper's police chief said Tuesday.
