Following their Inter Miami’s 3-0 defeat to Orlando Pirates, Lionel Messi has slammed the referee, saying he did not know the back-pass rule. It was a back-pass that led to one of the goals, as Inter Miami fell to a 3-0 MLS home defeat to Orlando City on Sunday.

Lionel Messi wants MLS to investigate its referees. Inter Miami may want to look into how it keeps conceding copious amounts of goals instead.
