Los Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts confirms Shohei Ohtani won’t pitch in the MLB All-Star Game to protect his health.

Manager Dave Roberts and the Los Angeles Dodgers are going to take two-way player Shohei Ohtani's return to pitching slowly, and don't know if he will make starts which last as long as a normal starter would.

Shohei Ohtani is OK with going from the mound to the batter's box, but LA manager Dave Roberts said he doesn't want to make a habit of that on days he pitches.
