Five years after she tearfully told a court that Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted her, former "Project Runway" production assistant Miriam Haley took the stand again Tuesday to revisit the ordeal she alleges she endured at the hands of the disgraced movie mogul.

The former Hollywood producer is being retried on a criminal sexual charge and a rape charge from his 2020 trial and a criminal sexual charge related to former model Kaja Sokola.

Harvey Weinstein was again in court Tuesday as his rape retrial continued with much-anticipated witness testimony.
