Holland’s performance turned heads as he ramps up for his second season in the NBA. The Athletic’s John Hollinger included Holland on his list of players who were “too good for summer league,” which included several second-year players like MVP Kyle Filipowski.

Utah Jazz forward Kyle Filipowski earned MVP of the NBA 2K26 Summer League 2025 after averaging 29.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists in three games. Filipowski finished as the leading scorer at the event among players who played in at least three games.
