On Tuesday, Tampa Bay assistant general manager Mike Greenberg withdrew his name from consideration for Jacksonville’s GM position.

The first name to come up as a Jaguars GM candidate, Mike Greenberg is out of that mix. Tampa Bay will retain its assistant GM, as Greenberg has informed Jacksonville he is out of the running, the Tampa Bay Times’ Rick Stroud reports.

The Jaguars hired Liam Coen as their head coach after firing General Manager Trent Baalke and their search for a new G.M. is taking them back to Coen's former team.
