Pa.-based cheese recalled over potential contamination
A Pennsylvania-based cheesemaker has voluntarily recalled several of its products. These products may potentially be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes (Listeria), which the Mayo Clinic explains is bacterium that can cause a serious infection through the consumption of “improperly processed deli meats and unpasteurized milk products.”
