CARTER COUNTY, Tenn. (WCYB) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Carter County man. Mark Wayne Clark, 59, was last seen on Tuesday evening leaving his truck to check deer trails along Brown Mill Road in Unicoi County. His truck was found parked in a nearby field.
