Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, the married couple known for starring in The Hills, are among a group of over 20 people suing L.A. and the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power due to the L.A. wildfires.

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag, along with several other Pacific Palisades property owners, sue the city of L.A. and L.A.'s DWP after fire took their homes.

The lawsuit faults the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power for delaying repairs to a massive reservoir that services the Pacific Palisades.
