After a Game 4 victory over New Jersey on Sunday, Carolina Hurricanes coach Rod Brind'Amour said he was "frustrated" when there was no penalty given to Devils veteran forward Timo Meier when he injured goaltender Frederik Andersen in the second period.

NEWARK, N.J. -- Frederik Andersen left Game 4 of the Eastern Conference First Round series against the New Jersey Devils at Prudential Center on Sunday with an undisclosed injury and will not return.

Frederik Andersen left the game after the Devils’ Timo Meier ran into him in the second period, but the Hurricanes survived and took a 3-1 series lead behind Andrei Svechnikov’s hat trick.
