A 52-year-old woman was airlifted from Lion’s Head after sustaining a leg injury while descending the popular hiking trail.

The guardian angels of the mountains jumped into action again on Saturday afternoon when a 52-year-old woman had to be airlifted off Lion’s Head after a hiking accident left her unable to walk.
