President Donald Trump said on Friday he would bomb Iran again "without a question" if intelligence were to find that Iran can enrich uranium to a level higher than what he is comfortable with. "Without a question. Absolutely," he told reporters in the White House briefing room.

Trump spent three days issuing a barrage of public assurances, calmly delivered threats, contradictory signals and eventually a curse-filled damnation of Israeli and Iranian leaders.

The Senate vote was 53 to 47 against a war powers resolution that would have required congressional approval for more hostilities against Iran. All the senators had voted, but the vote was being held open.
