The Akron Public School Board has accepted Superintendent Dr. Michael Robinson’s resignation, the FOX 8 I-Team learned.

Javaris Durome Russell, 19, of Birmingham, was booked into the Jefferson County Jail shortly before 3:30 p.m. Monday.
