A shooting in the popular South Carolina tourist town of Myrtle Beach left 11 people injured, and police fatally shot one person, authorities said.

Eleven people are hurt and one person is dead following a shooting incident in South Carolina.According to the Myrtle Beach Police Department, it happened Saturday shortly before midnight on North Ocean Boulevard.

One person was shot and killed by a police officer after a fight broke out in Myrtle Beach, S.C.,6. Nearly a dozen other people were also injured in the incident.
