New York Liberty star Jonquel Jones is set to miss significant time with a sprained ankle. On Saturday, the team announced that Jones will be out for the next four to six weeks while her ankle heals up.

Jonquel Jones avoided a long-term injury diagnosis, but the Liberty will still be without her for at least a month. The team confirmed that Saturday after announcing the star suffered a right ankle sprain in the second quarter of Thursday’s loss to the Phoenix Mercury.
