Government says Antigua & Barbuda is moving to cut its debt costs by investing more in CAF, the Development Bank of Latin America. Antigua & Barbuda will be able to access up to a quarter billion dollars (US$250 million) in loans at cheaper interest rates through its expanded investment in CAF.
